This Baton Rouge Shipley’s was a complete letdown. The kolache was badly prepared, with cheese on the outside of the bread, and the bread itself was hard instead of soft and fresh. For a place known for these items, that says a lot about the lack of quality control. The service was just as disappointing. The woman taking the order was rude and unpleasant, with no sign of basic customer service.
