I’m a veteran and have PTSD. So a man yelling at a woman especially children is triggering. The manager was extremely rude to a child. The place was dirty and did not have options, no one was there. This franchise is trash from the food to the service. -100/10
The staff at Shipley was pleasant and quick to take care of my order. I was in and out quickly to get my donuts home to my kids. :)
