I had the worst ever experience with your store. I’ve been going here for years and it’s the same employees but today for whatever reason Andrea was so rude! I mean I’ve never been treated like this! I had an online order. I pull up to retrieve it and she said she has no record of my order and didn’t believe me! Asked me if I had the right location, starts to tell me the address. I said yes. I always go to this Shipley's when heading to work and the person that takes my order is always so nice, I always order the same thing. Once they were out of spicy kolaches they gave me a regular and the guy offer me a free spicy kolaches next time I was there.
