I was so excited to have Shipley's, my favorite donut shop, since I moved to Washington State (we don't have Shipley's)! What a terrible disappointment. What I got was a burnt tasting, dry cinnamon roll (I trashed it) with tiny dry cake donuts (they never have looked like this so yes, they were super tiny). Hopefully it was just this location .
We ordered a very large order of Donuts, Donut Holes and Kolaches and 20 boxes of coffee for our large school Easter egg hunt. Everything we ordered was made fresh and still hot when we picked it up which let me know just because my order was large and did not stop them from baking everything the day of. I greatly appreciate the manager and owner for their generosity towards Smith Elementary with our order. Thank you so much for your support.
Staff was pretty rude, I will not be coming back to this location.
