We tend to go out of our way to come to this shipleys because the service is typically better at this location than the others near us. Today, however, there was a new woman at the window - Isela on the receipt. She had a very poor attitude, seemingly annoyed at having to write down my order, rolling her eyes when I corrected her, and still getting it wrong. The whole experience was not our usual. Very disappointed
