I had such a lovely experience at Shipley’s thanks to Hong. He was incredibly kind, patient, and warm throughout our visit. We took our time choosing our drinks, deciding on what we wanted, and even made a call to ask someone else if they wanted anything, and through it all, Hong never made us feel rushed. Oh my! Doesn't get any sweeter than Shipley! Not sicky sweet, just a mouth-watering wholesome donut. I won't go anywhere else! If you try them, I don't believe you will either!
Ordered 3 Boston Cream donuts and they shoved all of them in the smallest bag possible. Trust me I would’ve paid the extra $ to get them packaged correctly. I got home and all the chocolate was melted off. Please train your staff appropriately.
