When we pulled up to the window the whole time the drive through work was talking about fighting and jumping. Was rude and rushing us and took half the order then talking about “if I was their I would beat them up. “Then took the other have rudely and they gave us cold food that was not appetizing.
Just ordered donuts, coffee and 1/2 dozen round kolaches for 22.00 and they send the wrong ones for 16, but charged us for 22. Cant get anyone on the phone just rings and rings then goes busy... called another location and they said " we have nothing to do with thst shipleys couldnt tell me who I could call to get fixed. Customer service sucks!!!!!!!!
Be sure to check your order! I’ve always loved Shipley’s and never had a problem in the past. I’ve also not had issues with other locations. The last 3 times I’ve been to this location my order has been wrong. Today the entire order was wrong. There were 3 items in my order and not one of them was correct!
Picked up doughnuts early in the morning. They were dry and unflavored. We had 3 different types, and all were disappointing
