Shame on me once again, I spent over $19 at Shipley’s and didn’t even get my 2 cherry-filled donuts. The donuts themselves are way smaller now, and when I tried to call, the mailbox was full and no one answered. Terrible customer service and not worth the money anymore. The last couple of times I have purchased donuts from here they have not seemed fresh at all. I do purchase a mixture of 6 reg, 2 cherry filled, 2 Bavarian filled and an apple fritter. This use to be a weekend stop every Saturday.

Watch out for a Very rude female worker named brookelyn And when you hand her money make sure to triple count because she will say you handled her less . Happened to me and she even got mad because I was positive I gave her the correct amount , which I did ! She slammed the cash resister and walked off , like I did something ! Crazy twisted personality , after she tried to get me for $5 bucks I catch it and this employee gets mad . Never again stopping here it’s sketchy !
