This location, unfortunately, ranks among the poorest-performing shops I have visited in the DFW area. On multiple occasions, staff have shown little willingness to accommodate even the most modest customer requests. Each time I inquired about the availability of warm glazed donuts—a reasonable ask at any reputable donut establishment—I was met with a flat refusal. This small donut shop is one to visit. The staff was delightful and pleasant. The food items were wonderfully pleasing. Not bad for a Donut Shop.
