The lady teller at the drive thru on 04/06/26 charged my card more than once and lied to me saying it didn’t go through after i showed her that my bank account already took the money out and told me it didn’t go through so i didn’t want to look like i was stealing or anything and paid again was charged twice for over priced dry kolaches and donuts. So weird experience, wouldn’t recommend

I really want to like this Shipley’s location because it’s so close to my job and super convenient. I come in right at 5am when they open every few days, expecting fresh, hot donuts. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. The donuts often don’t taste fresh. They’re not warm, and sometimes they even taste like they’ve been microwaved instead of made that morning.
