I wish I could give this store negative remake. I am so upset with this store. Lady at front door was rude . Store hours are till 8. We reached at 7:40. Lady threw all donuts in front of us and said store is closed. We asked her to update the store timing and she said no we clean up at 7:30. This is the second time happened with me this store. Why do you keep the store hours till 8 if you start cleaning up at 7:30??? This is really unacceptable. Horrible place . Don’t go here.
Some of the worse customer service I’ve experienced in the Katy area. Decided to take my purchase elsewhere.
I traveled an hour to get a Shipley Chocolate Glazed here. So worth the effort :-)
