I used to love this location and their donuts. Every day, I would stop by for coffee and donuts. Today, as usual, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 donuts and a coffee. However, the lady at the window gave me 5 donuts instead. When I politely told her I had only ordered 3, she was very upset rather than apologizing. This place is extremely underrated its so good i recommend this place specifically for their glazed donuts, their glazed donuts are better than any other ones ive ever tried and ive been a loyal customer to this shipley donuts for over 4 years now. They have been so great and the workers are also nice.
