Made order online at Johnsons store. Went to pick up at store. Sign on door said on vacation. Tried to call number on ticket for refund. No answer. Tried to call corporate. Told disconnected. Previously put $25 on my gift card. But I have no physical gift card to use. They just give me a number. And tell me to reload. And I need a pin. What pin?
