I ordered a dozen donuts online that was to be ready at 10:30. I got there at 10:40 and then had to wait for someone to gather the twelve donuts. Honestly, not a big deal, she offered me a free donut while I waited. The when I got home and opened the donuts there were only nine. Not a great surprise for my kids.
