I have enjoyed Shipley Do-Nuts since I discovered them on Beach Blvd, Jacksonville about a year ago. one of my "treats" is enjoying an Apple Friiter on occasion. I use the App to order in advance (so they can prepare if needed). Today i ordered and drove to Shipley ( takes me about 15 minutes) and was told "sorry we don't have any ready". There was no offer to prepare one for me as has been done in the past. I asked for a refund and was told "you have to do that in the App". I ordered 12 donuts and a sandwich via Uber eats. When the order arrived I was VERY disappointed. Nothing special about these donuts at all. Slightly under cooked and not very good. Definitely won't be back
if you’ve had good shipley donuts in texas don’t bother we went at like 8am and the donuts looked like they were from yesterday, so old, stale, and dry all of us threw them out. they forgot one of my donuts and i didn’t even care after tasting my friends
