I decided to give this location another try after months, it was a mistake, I went in the morning and got attended by Alison, she has the worst attitude ever! Seemed like she was mad at everyone and talked to me the worst way possible. Zero manners. Please try to hire better people.
This was the last time we'll be visiting this Shipley's location. We've experienced multiple issues with being overcharged and receiving incorrect orders, and unfortunately it has become a recurring problem rather than a one-time mistake. On our most recent visit, we were again charged incorrectly and our order was not what we requested. While mistakes can happen, the lack of consistency and attention to detail has made this location too frustrating to continue supporting.
