Good donuts
Shipley donuts is my fav donut up until I stumbled to this location. Donut and cinnamon roll were mushy and disgusting. Coffee was terrible and the customer service was lacking. Have a great day or good morning would be nice
The staff are only friendly if you’re Latino or White. They won’t even smile if you aren’t one of the races mentioned and won’t acknowledge you as the customer unless you say something to them first.

I don't know what happened to this once good place. Customer service went downhill to 0. Website offers delivery but apparently location doesn't and when you call they are 0 help. Can't even give you a resolution in plain English. I had to beg neighbor to watch 6 kids while I go pick up my delivery order. I will be avoiding this place from now on. Also, don't fall for including tip when placing order online. Don't tip before you receive service worth tipping. I learned my lesson.
