I don't know what happened to this once good place. Customer service went downhill to 0. Website offers delivery but apparently location doesn't and when you call they are 0 help. Can't even give you a resolution in plain English. I had to beg neighbor to watch 6 kids while I go pick up my delivery order. I will be avoiding this place from now on. Also, don't fall for including tip when placing order online. Don't tip before you receive service worth tipping. I learned my lesson.
Our go to donut spot every Friday! Samona is very patient with my children ordering and always has a smile!
This is the only location that makes character donuts! (Donuts decorated like characters) I’ve seen: Hello Kitty, Pikachu, Charmander, Spiderman, Nemo, and more.. They’re so cute and my kids love them!
1. Nobody in the shop seem to know how to work with cashier system. 2. Ordered boxes night bwfore pickup via app. Came on time and am told they are not ready because they pnly checked app last minute. I had to grab whatever was available. 3. Tried to use half dozen glazed donut coupon here. Foesnt work. They turned me away, saying they dont know how to use cashier for transaction. coupons are not welcome here, they turned me away for
