Question, on Free glazed Fridays are you supposed to ask for the Free glazed after you purchase food? Its doesn't say anywhere to ask for it on the app. I wish there was a name tag so I can tell you which employee told me this information but it was a young hispanic girl.
Literally went in there to get a cinnamon roll and the cinnamon roll was the exact same size as a glazed donut? When I said something to them they looked at me like they didn't understand me? You can tell when an establishment is being run by somebody who wants to save money. What a shame that this has the name Shipley's donuts on it as if people haven't been buying donuts for decades. Save your money go to some of the newer establishments were they actually take pride in making a donut.

I would like to give the service 0 stars if I could. I ordered the boudin sausage kolache and when I got home to enjoy my kolache it was the wrong one. The kolache that I received was horrible. There was barely any meat in it and tasted bad. There was more dough than anything else. I have discovered with this location you have a fifty fifty chance of getting your order right.
