I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it’s been a disappointment every single time. One visit really stood out — we walked in and there wasn’t a single employee in sight. After about 10 minutes, someone finally appeared and said, “Why didn’t you yell for me?” I’m sorry, but I shouldn’t have to yell just to get service. I just love hot Shipley donuts.
Shipley Donuts is my go-to spot on Jones Rd! The girls working there are incredibly nice — seriously, some of the kindest and most welcoming people you’ll meet. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel like family. The service is quick, the cashier is always helpful, and the vibe is just great all around. I truly enjoy stopping by, not just for the donuts (which are amazing!), but for the great people who work there. Highly recommend!
