This donut shop has the worst customer service. There’s an older gentleman who sometimes works the drive-thru window, and my experience with him was very disappointing. I ordered a dozen donuts split into two separate boxes — each with 3 chocolate and 3 glazed. Instead, he came back with donut holes. I clarified that I had asked for donuts, not holes, and explained again what I wanted: two boxes, each with 3 chocolate and 3 glazed donuts. Donuts were dry. The filled ones were pretty skimped on the filling. I was hoping making an early morning order would get me fresh ones but I guess not. Go to the mom and pop place up the street.
We usually come here after dance class as a “treat”. The donuts are good but the service is lacking. I will say that their kolaches are always on point compared to the location close to home.
The service is EXCELLENT and fast on every visit. I come 1-2 times a month as a treat and always get two sausage and jalapeno kolaches. The quality of the kolaches has declined in the last few months. The last 3 times, the bread is getting more overcooked, less fluffy and dusty, and the cheese inside burnt or not existant.
