Not sure if their traffic is just slow based on their location but I've never in my life had to ask for hot glazed donuts at a Shipley at 7 am in the morning! After being given 3 cold ones, I asked if they served warm glazed donut and was told I would have to wait 5 minutes. No problem waiting because no one wants cold donuts at 7 am.
This is one of the worst locations in Houston. I’ve came here numerous times and every time, the donuts were always old and hard and so gross. I do not have this problem with other locations. They need to get it together. It’s a shame honestly!
This morning my daughter and I walked in to sit and eat. While we were there the owner i think walked out bc there was a long line inside and a line in the drive through. He started helping out the front taking orders and being so kind to the ppl he was serving. And so nice to his employees. Such a nice way to start our Sunday morning.
