Went today and wanted a half dozen kolache and half dozen glazed donuts, I looked at the price board I new how much the cost would be. Well they uncharged me on the kolaches and I was pissed. If your price board says one price why would you think its okay to upcharge me. Not the way to start the morning she came up with some excuse. I told her you need to go by the price you are advertising or change the price to state what you are really charging people or some people.

As a fan of Shipleys this location is very disappointing. These are their “fresh donuts” looks every bit of a day old not even hot . So we tried the kolaches and the bread was so hard and stale = old too. Will be returning right back to the store this is disgusting an disheartening do better or close the location.
They will upsell you for things you didn’t ask for. I wanted sausage and cheese kolache which cost $2.95, They (Yadira) hustled and gave me Bold without asking or telling me @ 3.24 each. Then still have the audacity to ask for tips. $38.99 for a dozen when $32.99 is the normal amount.
Donuts are getting very expensive here. Its the rising cost of supplies and Labor I guess......
