As a fan of Shipleys this location is very disappointing. These are their “fresh donuts” looks every bit of a day old not even hot . So we tried the kolaches and the bread was so hard and stale = old too. Will be returning right back to the store this is disgusting an disheartening do better or close the location.
They will upsell you for things you didn’t ask for. I wanted sausage and cheese kolache which cost $2.95, They (Yadira) hustled and gave me Bold without asking or telling me @ 3.24 each. Then still have the audacity to ask for tips. $38.99 for a dozen when $32.99 is the normal amount.
Donuts are getting very expensive here. Its the rising cost of supplies and Labor I guess......
Came in to get some Do nuts with my daughter this morning. The cashier was an older short and plump hispanic lady who was extremely inconvenienced by my daughter and I. however as she was finishing my order another hispanic lady came in and immediately she was all smiles and talkative. i don’t understand why i had to be treated the way i was but i’d highly recommend management be aware of who’s at the front. because the donuts aren’t good enough to deal with people like that.
