Donuts are getting very expensive here. Its the rising cost of supplies and Labor I guess......
Came in to get some Do nuts with my daughter this morning. The cashier was an older short and plump hispanic lady who was extremely inconvenienced by my daughter and I. however as she was finishing my order another hispanic lady came in and immediately she was all smiles and talkative. i don’t understand why i had to be treated the way i was but i’d highly recommend management be aware of who’s at the front. because the donuts aren’t good enough to deal with people like that. Easy to order, the donuts are good, and the staff are fine.
They mess up orders more often than not. I went back and checked my scanned receipts and realized they have messed up 8 orders in the last 6 months. I decided I was tired of it and went back up to get my order right. They made me pay for the difference after they messed up my order and I had to drive all the way back. Their order accuracy is trash especially for coffees but they'll mess up kolache orders on the regular. The worst location of any chain I have visited.
