I have been coming here for years & am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism & customer service here! Since this is not the first time...I love how you can order glazed cinnamon rolls and get something totally different (old fashion cinnamon rolls are NOT THE SAME!)...utterly ridiculous! To top it off, none of the donuts tasted fresh! Then we go to take them back & were told that everyone working there does not speak English, so getting a refund is impossible...REALLY!??

"Guaranteed Hot" sign should be taken down. They are freezing cold doughnuts like they were refrigerated from the day before and served today. I mean, isn't Shipley's knowns for fresh. The staff is so eager to receive a tip when they cannot even honor what is posted on the window.
There is a clear lack of customer service here; the staff acts as if they are doing you a favor when you redeem a coupon provided by their own company
