I really like this Shipleys. The staff has always been very friendly with me. Their donuts are always fresh, I love their sausage and cheese kolaches.
Service: Disjointed and disappointing. I visited this location for coffee and a dozen assorted donuts. Initially, the staff member told me that my choice of a Long John wasn’t included in the assortment — but then offered it as a one-time courtesy. That gesture was appreciated, and I even complimented her for it. Unfortunately, the goodwill ended there. I ordered a large coffee, but she began pouring into a small cup. Always Great!!!
This is my second trip here and each time they got my order wrong busy talking with each other
I purchased jalapeno sausage and cheese kolache which was very disgusting! I requested a well done kolache and I was advised that this is as done as it gets. The entire kolache was doughy borderline raw! I will never eat at this particular Shipleys ever again!! I don't think the birds will even eat this.
