My daughter wanted donut holes for her birthday for breakfast before school. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the donut holes. I asked for them to be warmed. Not only were they NOT warmed but THEY WERE STALE AND TASTED LIKE THEY WERE FROM 3 DAYS AGO. I have never experienced that at the Shipley near Walmart. I expected much more from a new neighborhood Shipley. Highly disappointed! This store is too new and unbusy to not have fresh and warm food.

Awesome service ,fresh doughnuts
Ordered a kolache and received one that was several days old. Super hard bread, and sausage was burnt and extremely dry. Get rid of your old kolaches and don’t reserve them! Absolutely disgusting!
