Exceptional customer service 👏
I’ve only been to the Pasadena location. Imagine if they dressed for success from open to close?. Unlike Dunkin who makes their doughnuts regionally and ships them to the stores which taste “day old” by the time you get them, Shipley’s are made on site. However, they really don’t open until 6am (during the week). I’ve been in there various times between 5am and 5:30am and the door is still locked, the selection of doughnuts is limited to what is made and the coffee has never been ready. Shipley donuts were NOT fresh . Maybe they were made in the wee-hours of the morning but my 6 donuts I purchased in the early evening 3p-ish were Rock hard by my dessert time 5p-ish which was so disappointing. The ladies who sold donuts to me were % kind/professionals. no plans to buy again. Plus I love old fashion donuts hole in the with middle and covered in white powder. Not a glazed covered donut.
