They have changed the chocolate icing on the chocolate covered donuts and they didn't put a lot of icing on the donuts. Seems the quality is lacking. Please go back to what you had before. When you have a good thing don't change it. We always choose Shipley's over the big chain competitor, but that may change now. :(

Terrible customer service. Went through the drive through, lady behind the counter was irritated because we interrupted her reading. We asked what was on the menu because it was our first time there. She got very agitated and gestured angrily that we must come inside and look. This was a very disappointing experience and will not return. We took our business elsewhere.

Thank you for saving Church of the Holy Apostles today!!! After a trying week of dealing with a break in and the pastors dog being lost ( now found ) we found ourselves without power and couldn't make coffee. As an Episcopal church we base our morning fellowship around the coffee pot. We warmed up with your coffee and had an amazing service by the light of the morning sun!!!
