Dr. Shipkin has been treating me with care and excellence for over 20 years now. He has the rare combination of a skilled physician with a great personality and is able to explain detailed issues in very simple terms.
This "doctor" gave me an IME. 7 Different doctors and a hospital diagnose me with a concussion and post concussion syndrome. SEVEN!!! And this jackass doc says nothings wrong with me! 4 Different doctors diagnose me with severe depression and suicidal ideation and this jackass says I'm basically faking it. And a diagnoses of PBA and he says it's anxiety! Total and complete fraud.
