Good thing this package wasn’t fragile… Shipbob delivery driver literally throwing our package 8 ft. Hire better delivery drivers who atleast remotely pretend to care. Shipbob do better. I will avoid using Shipbob for purchases at all cost moving forward.

Shipbob is probably the most frustrating company to work with that I have done business with. Their shipping prices are high, and nobody has the authority to make a decision. After using them for about 5 months, I decided to move my inventory to Amazon at the end of November. After creating my order to send to Amazon, I found it was too much to send all at once.
