Shipbob is probably the most frustrating company to work with that I have done business with. Their shipping prices are high, and nobody has the authority to make a decision. After using them for about 5 months, I decided to move my inventory to Amazon at the end of November. After creating my order to send to Amazon, I found it was too much to send all at once. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Our company started using them under a contract & they have practically shut down productivity after 30+ years of swift service to our customers! We used to get all packages in 2 days. Now it takes weeks & several bothersome delays EVERY time!! There have been MASSIVE complaints about the mishandling of our contents as well. So upset our company was duped by them!!
