Could have been a good place. But some people seat barefoot on toddler area, and having drinks despite multiple signs and stuff asking not to do so. Very gross.

Every time we visit this place, we usually have a great experience. However, during our last visit, we had a very unpleasant experience because of a blonde woman wearing glasses who behaved in an unprofessional manner. She was shouting and prevented my wife from sitting inside with our five-month-old daughter, assuming that we wanted to use the play area. I hosted my Sons 1st Birthday here on March 29th. We did a private party for 3hrs! It was a hit! The kids had a ball and didn’t want to leave! Parents felt safe and comfortable! Access was easy and clean up was a breeze! The staff is amazing and very accommodating! Thank you for making my sons birthday fun so memorable!
My kids enjoy it but their ball pit doesn’t look clean. I seen a ball cleaner at another indoor playground so I know it’s possible to be cleaned.
