Mixed experience with ship smart - I’m sending a shipment from San Francisco across the country, and first of all, the team is very helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions and are provide very personalized support However, the actual shipment is incredibly slow. They gave a time estimate of 3-4 weeks for my shipment to be delivered, and, 3 weeks later, the shipment hasn’t even left the facility.
To begin with, we had an extremely positive experience with Shipsmart. People were professional from our query stage to final delivering process. We moved from East coast to West coast and all our belongings were delivered to us safe and on time as per the scheduled timeframe. Writing this review because I have been in the research phase and was worried about whom to choose. Hope my review could help someone who are currently in the same situation!
