Terrible customer service and so much of our stuff came damaged and broken. Their 3rd party movers are awful. They take absolutely no responsibility. Would NEVER recommend. Steer clear of ShipSmart.
The worst moving experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. They charge you and then lose and damage your stuff. Their insurance is a joke, doesn’t do anything. Stay away for the sake of your sanity!!
