I’ve given the rooms and location four stars because they deserve them. The bathrooms are small, with oddly low toilets, but nothing too difficult to manage. What really lets this establishment down is the complete lack of hospitality and guest experience management—essentially, a lack of management altogether. Great place and location. Parking was limited so once we arrived we didn’t drive anywhere to explore on our own was the only issue we had for fear of not having a space when we returned. Highly recommend using the public transportation.
Great hotel, clean and fun. Pool and hot tub right on the riverfront. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The barge restaurant was great which is separate from the hotel. We had a great time and enjoyed the accommodations.
We liked our visits. Had a great experience even in the economy room. Like it so much we booked another stay before we left the first time Stayed twice this year. Fun had by all. Great shopping in this town also. Now it is 2025 another great year here at Ship n Shore. !!!
This place was so cute! It’s in a fantastic location, with great amenities. The people there were friendly, kind, and cheerful. WHEN we return we will stay here again!
