I paid this company over $1,000 last winter to reseal my roof on my Class C RV. At just over $100 per hour you would think they would have done a much better job. Their guarantee is non-existent. When I called them this week to let them know that the roof was leaking again they blamed everything but their work and wanted a service fee to look at it again. As with the other review, they might have been better off as a housekeeping company. DO NOT USE THEM!
We found everyone at Ship Shape RV to be very eager to help us, even to the point of maybe a little beyond their capability as a mobile service. We really needed service that was a little too much for mobile repair, but they tried and completed the work anyway. They told us what to check on the way home and told us their territory in case we needed anything else; they were willing to come help us. We found them fair in a price adjustment and always available and professional.
