I would like to give a shout out to the Express Detailing crew that serviced my car this morning. What an awesome job you did , really paying attention to detail. My car looks better now than it did when I drove it off the lot!! Thanks guys!!!
The last two times I have gone to the touch less wash, it was either out of order or it didn’t work. I have a monthly pass, and I’m beginning to wonder what I am paying for! Other times when it goes over my truck, water is only coming out of one side of the wand. Let’s have a little maintenance, this is starting to get old!
Never delt with more of a rude person than the lady who works the booth at the soft touch lane in Onalaska. She is smarter than everyone, knows everything, and about as standoffish as a person could be. She must own the place, because she acts like she is better than you. I'll never come there again and will be telling everyone I know to avoid it as well. Get better people in customer service positions, because when you have an issue you shouldn't be treated like common garbage.
I'm going to cancel my subscription because the touch less car wash doesn't clean very well.
