They don’t listen to anything you ask for and just go based off their opinion. Would NOT recommend
Really disappointed in the beard trim. Asked to not have much removed but almost all gone. It’s like the guy didn’t care at all or needs glasses. Fixing it at home now because it’s lop sided. Worst trim to date EDIT *the shop, it’s super nice. The barber? He is super nice too. It’s just the beard trim was big on one side, short on the other, and just made me look asymmetrical.
