Terrible!!! First delivery was not made because they said they could not find the house - they were on the correct road but google map pinned them to a vacant lot 2 houses away - no common sense to just look at the house numbers since you are on the correct road? So they turn around and reschedule for 2 days later only after we complained - otherwise it would have been back in the cue for another week. Worst experience ever. I have been talking with the shipping company for three weeks to deliver my Nordictrack back from the Concord, NH terminal. They “showed up” three weeks after they received it to deliver our bike, but “no one was home“. However, we were home and we have video coverage proving they never showed. Was told a supervisor would call me back right away. Waited over an hour and then conveniently they are now closed and no call back. This company has been a nightmare!
