Outstanding service
Wanted to do an ups return and it clearly states this is a ups drop off. But the lady working rudely said she couldn’t take the ups drop off and didn’t have any other explanation. Not sure if she had a hard day but it doesn’t make it right to just turn a customer away without an explanation.
