Terrible customer service. Bike Flights is a much better option with a better website and better customer service.
Excellent service. They made the perfect tool to make shipping labels for bicycles. Sad that they no longer provide that service at least for now. The interface was really good in comparison with other companies. The prices were great as well. I hope they will be back in business some day.
Recently used Shipbikes to send my bike from eastern PA to my daughter in San Jose CA and was extremely pleased with the service. I did my own packing using recycled bike carton, ordered the shipping label online thru Shipbikes (cost was very reasonable), had FedEx pickup at my home. My daughter received the bike one week later at her home in San Jose undamaged. Would definitely recommend Shipbikes.com to anyone needing to ship a bike. ❤️👏🏻
My bike failed to get to the destination for 3 months. In the meanwhile it was sent back and forth between East and West coasts and got scratched and badly damaged. To get updates on the shipment, I made over 15 calls to ShipBikes. A couple of these times, the customer service was really rude and made it sound as if this was my fault. The claims process is far from easy - I have to bring the damaged bike to a bike shop and get a bike shop's representative to call FedEx and confirm that the bike is beyond repair.
