I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Amy Ship, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Throughout the visit, I felt that her tone was dismissive and at times borderline rude. When I explained that I was feeling lightheaded and like I might pass out, instead of addressing my concerns, she focused on correcting my wording about what “passing out” means. I am so grateful to be a patient of Dr. Ship. She is absolutely the best in Boston. She is caring and professional. She listens and never rushes through an appointment. Her diagnosis Is always perfect. I have been her patient for years and she as never let me down.
