Ship Afrika were is my goods since February 2021, I shipped with your company by cargo, I have not received it yet. Ubong Ekwere you blocked me because I called to inquiry about my goods. I have been patient with you people since February. I have submitted the claims form via email as your office staff directed. Till now, I have not heard from you. I need my goods or you pay for my goods if you cannot account for them.

This is the most ridiculous group of people; the only way they got this high rating is basically because they got friends who helped them with the fake review; it is obvious the review they got are from family and friends. Nobody in their right senses will ever give you high ratings. This shipping agency is both dishonest and unreliable. The price listed on the invoice I received differed from the price quoted at the time of package drop-off. This discrepancy was only communicated to me after the package had already been shipped, leaving me without the option to cancel the shipment and forcing me to pay the invoice price.
