I hired this company to transport freight that I have only to find that they don’t own any trucks and charge double what they pay the actual carrier. The customer service experience was very bad. I got hung up on a few times, they barely speak english and are very rude. My freight was damaged and they refused to compensate me for my damaged freight. DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY!
Don’t use these guys to haul your freight they over charge and don’t take care of the customer experience, they charge double the amount it cost for the service they pay the actual driver, bad business
When I first reached out to the company I told them that my budget was going to be $700. They said that was fine. I then asked for clarification if that was the SET PRICE with NO HIDDEN FEES. Also agreed that was the price. The week that it was time to ship my vehicle I was told that they were going to charge me $1,400.00. I told her that I was definitely lied to and mislead. Amazing nice and hard working company. They always keep you up to date when you work with them and are legit that means a lot in this crazy logistics industry. Thanks to them for being great! We even exposed a fake load company together.
