First of all, this sushi restaurant does NOT get enough hype. This is the BEST sushi restaurant that I have been to since I lived in Japan for 6 years. The location is fine dining in disguise. The service is exceptional. Now let's get to the sushi. They take your normal sushi rolls, and completely transform it to an innovative culinary triumph that matches the high standards of Tokyo while introducing a bold, creative twist.
Absolute Must. Small, intimate, and relaxing. It is hidden...we passed by it. But, definitely worth the visit. Food was plenty and upscale quality for fast food prices.
Genuinely one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, I travel weekly for work and have eaten in most states, anything from fast food to single Michelin star restaurants. Upon arriving to Shio we were treated with the utmost patience, kindness, and respect. Wow has this place transformed service wise. Amazing service and still amazing food! First time I went here it was brand new. Food was amazing but service was very slow. I held back from reviewing because I wanted to give it a second shot. They did not dissapoint!
