Always exceeds expectations. Staff is friendly doctor listens and takes time to listen to my concerns
I’m not sure what changed. I feel as though Dr. Varghese used to be very attentive and would listen to my concerns. Lately, she comes off as very dismissive, trying to rush through my appointments. I don’t feel heard whatsoever. She prescribes medication that she thinks will take care of the symptoms you’re experiencing without asking questions or trying to get to the root of the problem. I’m no longer comfortable putting my health in her care.

Her staff lack customer service skills they don’t know how to speak to patients. Waist of time
Update : A total third class looser Doctor, I went to her after waiting for 2 weeks today, I have a really bad cough. She didn’t not even sent my prescription to the pharmacy, what a looser third class Doctor. I asked her to do my physical, she did not even do that saying that she only does blood reports, she didn’t check my mouth, nose.. nothing..
