Dr. Varghese is always attentive to my needs, genuinely concerned about my well-being, and takes the time to ensure that I receive the best possible care. The two women who run the front desk are terribly ill mannered. You will walk out of that office feeling as though it was an inconvenience to them to get your health In order.
Always exceeds expectations. Staff is friendly doctor listens and takes time to listen to my concerns
I’m not sure what changed. I feel as though Dr. Varghese used to be very attentive and would listen to my concerns. Lately, she comes off as very dismissive, trying to rush through my appointments. I don’t feel heard whatsoever. She prescribes medication that she thinks will take care of the symptoms you’re experiencing without asking questions or trying to get to the root of the problem. I’m no longer comfortable putting my health in her care.
