It's the place you hope you never need to go, but are so happy to have if you do. My daughter & I had mild cases of lice (we caught it early), and Shiny Strands was recommended to us for clean-up. The ladies working were kind, warm, professional and informative. They worked quickly & thoroughly. We left feeling 100x better then when we arrived. We also received preventative info about avoiding lice and detailed instructions to follow at home. I would highly recommend Shiny Strands.
