I have severe anxiety regarding dental procedures after waking up from anesthesia during a pretty traumatic one. The ladies here were extremely understanding and made this the easiest dentist visit I've ever had. I'm extremely thankfully for how they eased my worries and made this visit a bit of a healing one for me. Thank y'all very much. I will be coming here for all of my dental needs from now on.
These people are aewsome they go out of.there way for people including veterans i even had a personal issue and they helped me I couldn't be more happy with this dentist office the dentist is nice place is clean they know what there doing
This is the absolute worst dental experience we have ever encountered. Shirley Claxson (Office manager) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Ms Claxson went well out of her way in just uncouth she could behave. The manner we were treated with is appalling. And to think this is how they treat a disabled veteran. Absolutely do not recommend this office.
First visit ever didnt take long to be seen they were thourough and talked me through everything they weren't rushing me at all but time is money people I usually dont like places and people due to my 100% ptsd but I jave to say they made me feel comftorble for once in a long time in any setting dentist she was nice the lady who took my trays was super nice I like this place i have to drive over an hour to get here because of va but its ok id rather drive further for good service then shorter distance for bad service
Wouldn't say that this place is a terrible dentist office. The front office staff is very kind. The dental, hygienist and dental assistants are very nice and kind as well. The dentist is kind but always seems like she's in a rush when doing any work on my teeth which makes me feel rushed. I go to them through the VA and they do make the process seem seamless. I get appointments very quickly with little to no wait time and they can always work around my busy schedule.
