Always a great result, my nails look great in between visits. Salon is very clean and relaxing
It took over a year once I moved to Brookfield to finally find a CLEAN nail salon with a good nail tech Jennifer by fair is amazing !! She takes her time and does such a great job with my nails within the last 2 years!
I love this nail salon. I've been going here for 2+ years. They are so talented, I always love my nails! The lash services are great too as well as the chair massage!
Had a 2 o’clock appointment … got there at 1:55 They sat me in the chair and told me to wait SO FAR SO GOOD…. Now I’m in the chair for 15 minutes and nobody has helped me so I went up to the ma sitting down and he said I has to wait until 2:30 because their technician is on lunch Poor time management and terrible customer service. I asked why they told me I could come in at 2 o’clock then and they said “because”
Very disappointed. Went there a month ago for my wedding nail trial. I asked for someone good at French. I got someone decent but good enough to rebook for my wedding since my options were limited. When I went to my appointment for my wedding nails the person who did them the first time wasn’t there and I got someone new. This person had a terrible attitude and sucked at doing french. She couldn’t shape my nails to be pointy and shook her head when I would point out an issue. Never coming back.
