I got my nails done by Alexa and it was my first time in their salon. I wanted to switch it up and try someone/someplace new. I wasn’t happy with my current nail tech. I went in and it was such a great atmosphere, VERY clean, they took extra measure of ensuring between each step everything was clean. I was blown away but how incredible of a job Alexa did. I was very unhappy that this salon would not honor a gift certicate that was less than 5 months old. when I presented the gift certicate bought in December they told me it expired two weeks ago and wouldn’t accept it. I didn’t make a fuss and paid my bill but felt very disappointed because I use that salon often and it wasn’t even a full 6 months old.
