I worked with a Beth, after several rude encounters with her we decided to part ways. The staff I spoke to did not seem to understand their products or be able to justify the pricing when I asked for a step by step breakdown of the parts to be received. I have honestly never been treated so poorly or been made to feel like I was the one with an issue when all I wanted to do was make sure we were being charged properly (prices did not match site) and we were receiving the correct amount of parts.
