I visited this dentist hoping for professional care, but my experience was very disappointing. The dentist was consistently rude and lacked basic courtesy toward patients. She pressured me for money, often telling me that insurance would cover treatments but then demanding large cash payments upfront. On several occasions she guaranteed she would file with insurance but never did, and then asked me to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket.
