What a professional team! Communicated each step of the way. Tech assured me he could wash the carpet and did so, but let me know the issue was under the carpet. I live in an apartment and had a toilet leak weeks back, and apparently the flooring had been damaged. I kept thinking it was the carpet that was smelling. Thanks to his advice, the apartment contractors came and lifted the carpet, and sure enough, the padding and flooring was damaged and had to be repaired.
