Douglas did a fantastic job on our carpets! It was easy to schedule an appointment, they were able to adapt to working in our space, and Douglas took extra care to treat our carpets and make recommendations. The cleaning was done quickly and we are very happy with the results.
I truly hate giving bad reviews… unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service company. The representative was courteous and nice enough, but after a second, repeat visit, the mud stains on our carpeted stairs are actually worse than when we started. Not sure what we will do next, but I think we are done with this company.
