I had the most amazing experience with SHINY & I received THEE BEST service from their representative named Douglas Rodriquez. Not only was his communication on ETA excellent, but he was friendly, professional, reassuring, & respectful - everything one would hope for in what has become a rare phenomenon - good old-fashioned customer service! They did an amazing job cleaning our carpet when we moved out of our apartment! They even managed to get rid of an old stain that had been there from the last tenant! Their price was also very good for the area.
