We had our carpet cleaned yesterday at 9am and the guy mentioned it would take 8-12 hours to dry. It is now 2pm the next day and the carpet is still damp and now smelling like mildew.
I have very bad experience they came to clean the carpets, but they get worse than it was before so I’m not recommending and I’m sharing this pictures after cleaning.
I was very impressed with the professionalism of Shiny Carpet Cleaning. I received outstanding service by a knowledgeable technician. Prices are affordable and their cleaning service is first-rate. I would definitely recommend them if you want quality service.
Eric did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. The previous owners had pets. It looked and smelled so clean. I will definitely use them again.
