Unpredictable work quality with poor management - the first technician cleaning our vents actually managed to make them worse. It took two weeks to finally get it fixed, due mostly to the inability of the office to communicate a schedule to its employees. Expect people to show up for their 4-hour appointment window early, late, or not at all, with 15 phone calls afterwards and a ridiculous number of automated texts and emails. We will not be hiring them again.
Anthony was awesome. He offered a stain lifter to help with the heavier stained spots. He worked quickly and efficiently and provided easy to follow drying and after care instructions. Would highly recommend.
Our carpets were sooooo cleaned! Alex was so nice and really took care in cleaning our carpets and making sure that there were no stains. Thank you so much Alex!
Douglas was professional and did an excellent job.
Quick and efficient cleaning but our serviceman was a bit much. His playful banter was unnecessary and, at times, exceeded what I thought was appropriate.
