Booked an appointment for my basement to be cleaned, cleared out all of the furniture, and boarded my dog - and then nobody showed! The customer service rep was extremely rude and not doing anything to try and rectify the situation. I do not recommend this company.

The customer service at Green Choice Carpet is wonderful. Having my carpet cleaned by them was a truly seamless and painless experience. From the operators who answered the phones to the workers who came to my home, I was impressed by their high level of service and professionalism. I wasn’t sure if a green cleaner would be able to clean my high traffic areas but it was no problem. They did a phenomenal job at a great price and i’m happy to recommend them!
When I moved to Virginia to take up a new job, all i was able to muscle down here was an Arabian rug. That's the only thing thats got some family history, it's a hand made rug and its beautiful, like super-beautiful. I'm allergic to harsh cleaning chemicals and i was scared they might ruin it in the process of cleaning, so i had to had to lay it just the it came.
