A proper gym with a great variety of equipment. Great fit gym rats and newbies alike. The staff who know what they're talking about and are friendly and accommodating.
I have been going to Shinny's for about ten years now. Have tried many commercial gyms over the years but not of them worked for me. The mix of classes here catering for all abilities is great. Shinny, Ryan and Gary are all friendly and engaging coaches, encouraging you to meet your goals and continously improve, and make you want to keep coming back.
Welcoming gym for all levels, good coaching and good for fitness.
If you're looking for a classic, no-nonsense boxing gym with real heart, this is the place. The team is fantastic, Ryan's been training me for a few months, and I've already hit the goals I set out to achieve. Sessions are always varied and designed to keep you pushing your limits.
